Why, why get them involved in the local community?

You know, the most valuable asset we have is time.

You know? So getting the staff's time to go and, you know, um, work at one of these, these charities, you know, help raise funds.

You know, they're giving back to the city in a way that I think every corporation really should, you know, and find some kind of philanthropy within their, within their, within their s- their company.

You know, obviously they're doing very well, you know, uh, Tao Groups and some of these ones that are doing very well.

But even the ones that aren't and are still finding time to do these type things, I mean, it's, it's a really, it's a real way to connect with your community and help people.

For me, you know, it's a, it's a big cause.
