Hey, I'm J.D. Greer, and if you've been listening to Ask the Pastor for a while, I'm going to let you know about an exciting change coming to the feed.

We are relaunching this podcast, same feed, but relaunching the podcast with a new name and a new format called The Bullpen.

For years now, whenever I preach, I would write way more than I could actually say in the sermon.

Well, the stuff that didn't make the cut, the extra illustrations, the rabbit trails, the good questions I didn't have time to chase down, just get kept in a section of my notes that I called the bullpen.

Well, all of that material, all those years, just sat there and never saw the light of day.

They do good things.

Yeah.

So the one of the people that exposed me, you know, so to speak, was there was a liberal professor on one of our local universities who what the kids called doxing, you know, where you kind of put somebody's private information out there.
34:37
And so she put my personal address out there.
34:39
And that was what led to people, you know, coming to my house.
34:43
And I wrote her and just said, hey, I know we disagree on a lot of very important things, but I feel like this has gone beyond civil discourse.
34:55
And I offered to just meet up with her for coffee, and she agreed.

Just describe that little bit in more detail and the mayor's response, who I think was a more liberal person, if I remember correctly.
