J Batt

Yeah.

With, uh, J. Batt and Will Stein and, and all the new things that they're starting to implement, this may be, uh, one to add to the list.

Well, I like the look.

I, I like the, uh, the creativity.

... that's what it is.

And it was clear in the pregame, J-Batt, they knew this was coming.

[laughs]

They sent me a text message before the game ended basically saying, "Tell people that-

I mean, it was just, it was, it was electric.

J. Batt and all of the folks that put that on have to, you have to tip your hat, clap your hands.

They did a excellent job all the way around.

I agree.

Mm.

So it looks like they've done it, done it well, and people are eating it up, buying the Power K merch, which is, you know, J. Batt comes in and wants to create a little revenue, and that's probably a good way to do it too, right? I mean.

They've sold so many of them, so that's, that's a good sign.

if nobody's, you know, not eligible for this job, I mean, we can get anybody with the right, with the right mindsets.

J-Batt's gonna make some big changes here, so I'm not, I'm not concerned with him one bit.

I agree.

Uh, by the way, just to preface this, we love you Mark Pope and we want you to succeed.

At that point, he's had four years, we've not done any of the things we like to do.

J-Batt says it's time to move on.

At which point his first call is Nate Oats because they worked together at Alabama.

He knows him.

All right.

So I'm gonna go, Drew and I are in the very similar, uh, place.

I think two more years of Mark Pope, and they're fine, but then J-Batt's like, "I didn't come here to come in second." And then I, the difference between me and Drew is I think Nate Oats is the next coach.

I think he ends up taking the job.
