IWGP Women's Championship

Card coming together on the 16, Mystico and Ultimo Guerrero team up to take on Yota Tsuji and Hiroki Goto.

CMLO world title on the line, Hetsutaira against Zack Sabre Jr., the IWGP Women's Champion, Suri against Kyra, Shota Umino versus Sobrano Jr., Konosuke Takasha versus Barbaro, Kavanario, Sho and Doki versus Guerrero, Maya Jr., and Zula, Yo, Master Wado, and Okamura versus Berlante Jr., Capitan, Suicida, and Ray Pegasus, Kajita, Black Tiger, Yutami, and Shoma Kato, versus Zan Coten Jr., Bifunto Barboza, and Fury Roja.

Three-way match for the New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Strong open-weight tag team titles.

You know, she doesn't need... to do anything else.

She is the IWGP Women's Champion and still puts on phenomenal matches when given the tap on the shoulder.

But that belt, especially since the dissolution of the New Japan and Bushiroad partnership, it's been defended less and less.

I'm intrigued to know what your thoughts are on what Stardom are doing with Shuri.

CMLL heavyweight title.

I kind of thought it's not impossible to just pivot Yoda Tsuji versus Mystico and an IWGP.

It has not been announced.

That has not been announced.

He's one of them.

There's got to

be a guy with like a pedigree, you know, former IWGP champion, you know, somebody like that that I feel like kind of have to check some boxes, you know, if Adam Copeland's going to face him in a singles match over there.

So I was thinking like Goto, Kojima.

You could do Konami, based on Konami ending her White Belt reign.

You could even do Shuri if she drops the IWGP.

Well, Shuri could be either one.

Shuri could be Suzu, too.

Um, final bit of, uh, news then before we head into the shows is the CMLL's Lucha Kingdom, which is a co-promoted show with New Japan, will be taking place at Arena Mexico on Sunday the 16th of November.

We do have matches announced of that, including an IWGP Women's Championship defense for Syuri, [hiccups] hiccups, who will be defending that belt against Kiira.

Um, that was announced earlier today.

Also on that card, Mistico versus El Desperado, Zack Sabre Jr. versus Hechicero.

Apparently, one world title match needed enough moving parts to qualify as an engineering project.

In Mexico, CMLL and New Japan announced that Siri will defend the IWGP Women's Championship against Kira at Lucha Kingdom on November 16th.

Zack Sabre Jr. will also face Hechicero in a non-title match.

CMLL's La Jarochita says a wrist injury will keep her out for three to four months.

You know, we don't know where it's gonna go.

And again, Rina did tease possibly challenging Sherry for the IWGP Joshi Championship.

So I expect, um, a, a Sherry title defense sometime in the near future as well.

But I think this, this show's gonna be great.

I think it'd be a huge sort of, uh, cathartic moment for Yuna to get the win over a High Speed alum in Natsupoi, one of the best wrestlers in the company, in Natsupoi.

And Natsupoi who is in, you know, on such a hot streak on her way out.

You know, the IWGP Women's title match, which was phenomenal.

She was great in the Artist of Stardom Championship match.
