And I just have to say it, especially, you know, Mark Gibson is one of our directors.

He was, you know, like the chief geophysicist of Robert Freeland, worked with him for 15 years, COO of Cordoba and of Ivanhoe Electric.

Right.

He says it's just because there's so few places on the planet.

We're gonna be speaking with Robert Friedland.

He is the founder of Ivanhoe Mines, Ivanhoe Electric, a new s- uh, a new startup called iPulse, which we're gonna learn about.

He has been in the industry for over 40 years, r- literally getting his hands dirty and pulling-

So that's an interesting story in Arizona.

But there's other things within the Ivanhoe Electric story.

It's not just this one asset.

But anyway, my eyes on that and obviously Power Metallic as we seek to educate ourselves and our viewers about copper.

And especially not many that can be built in the near term, that are advanced enough that can be built in the near term.

Obviously, you have Ivanhoe Electric, very close neighboring to Arizona.

So, that's already colored in the funding stage.

They've received some letters of indication from U.S. development agencies.

We have since done another two transactions in the portfolio side.

On the generation side, which is our business unit that we've got through EMX, I think we've done six separate transactions there with Ivanhoe Electric, First Quantum, BHP, Rio Tinto, KGHM.

So some really big names there, adding in optionality at the other end of the portfolio.

I think liquidity wise, we're sort of 70 times where we were in mid 2025. in terms of our liquidity.

And, um, and materials, which we, which we wanna own, but we're having a hard time, you know, finding the right, the right stocks.

We own Ivanhoe Electric, which has a big copper mine coming online in North America in Arizona, uh, Santa Cruz Copper Mine, in, uh, next year.

Uh, so that, I think that's a stock to look at-

I like to stay on track on some of these companies if I, and yeah, I mean, I think that's another thing underrated reason why companies like to join us.

And good examples are Gunnison Copper out of Arizona, Ivanhoe Electric.

Outside of Resolution Copper, there's Perpetual Resources in Idaho.

There's Liberty Gold in Idaho and Tager Resources.

I have a lot of great members, but we're starting off the expo.

So we have a Tuesday night reception where it's just simply networking and they kick it off.

And then Wednesday, our first full day, we have an Arizona copper panel where Ivanhoe Electric, Resolution Copper, and Gunnison Copper, and Hud Bay Minerals are all going to be on a panel together.

talking about their copper projects in Arizona.

I think it's really, um, collecting the data from the IP survey, getting the interpretations from that, and just refining things a little bit more.

I mean, there are certainly areas, like the Curly target in the western part of our property, right up close to Ivanhoe Electric, um, I'd be comfortable drilling that without an IP survey.

But, you know, just while we're going through the high-grade CRD part of the program, it allows us to get that IP data to-- in, refine the targeting, uh, and really hit, uh, you know, hit things properly with the highest amount of conviction.

Ivanhoe Electric has received a preliminary project letter from the US Export-Import Bank indicating up to one point one billion dollars in potential debt financing for the Santa Cruz Copper Project in Arizona.

This is an upgrade from the eight hundred and twenty-five million dollar letter of interest issued in April of last year.

The preliminary project letter is not a binding commitment, with EXIM's final board consideration expected in the spring of twenty twenty-seven.

Ivanhoe Electric is targeting the release of an updated pre-feasibility study for Santa Cruz this September.

It trades on the TSX and the NYSE American, both under the symbol IE.

Silver Bow Mining has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the Jefferson County Metallurgical Complex in Montana through a bankruptcy sale for roughly twenty-eight point six million dollars in cash payments to creditors plus contingent value rights.
