I feel like this was the game where it kicked off a certain way of CF Montreal fans feeling about Alexis Sanchez.

Because if you remember Ivan Jaime, who was a member of CF Montreal all too briefly on loan from Porto.

The comments around Ivan Jaime was that, yeah, he's a good player.

Yeah, you can see that he's doing some good things out there, but there's no goals, no assists to show for it.

And then he finally got a goal, and I believe he ended up finishing his Montreal tenure with one goal, two or three assists, whatever it was.

the success of others with how they work with Prince Owusu.

That was how Ivan Jaime was not only judged on his ability, but on his ability to play with Owusu.

Alexis Sanchez is going to be the same thing.

Once he's fit and fully firing, he's going to be judged on how he combines with the leading goal scorer and the leading assistant on the team right now.

You just think, right, okay, get in, get some drinks, get some instruction from the ladders and the team and switch on because that was awful.

What happens literally 30 seconds in, Ivan Jaime, who had a really good game, has a shot from outside the box after a nice move down the left, hit the post, then it came back out, hit Etiquette and somehow went out for a corner, didn't go back into the goal or, yeah, whatever.

So...

Got away with one almost immediately.

They just don't.

It was the same thing when Ivan Jaime came in.

It was just one of these guys isn't enough.

They need to get multiple difference makers.
