I generally don't like, uh, the Isochron Scepter combo, but, uh, this deck definitely wants to play both Dramatic Reversal and Hidden Strings anyway, and I think th- the Isochron Scepter part of it is much better when the Isochron Scepter itself only costs one.

Also, this deck has, like, a lot of counter spells to protect the combo.

So if you just have Isochron Scepter with Hidden Strings, you'll need, like, a Mana Vault or a Grim Monolith or Basalt Monolith to untap the Isochron Scepter and something that taps for three to go mana positive with that.

If you have Dramatic Reversal, you just need any combination of things to tap for three, so a little less precise as to what the rest of your board needs to be.

And then obviously, if you have something that taps to draw, like The One Ring or Sensei's Divining Top, you can draw your deck with this.
