And then in that breath, do these things like help us understand that mindset.

First of all, with all due respect, I want to bring one correction because I am an animal lover.

And when we say animalistic, I think it's an insult to animals to call them animalistic.

It's demonic.

Their God is my devil.

This is what I say.

I'm like, huh? So help us process the reality of women in the Islamic world.

So in your journey, How were you exposed then to the Christian religion and what brought you to the brink of wanting to end your life in Miami, Florida?

Yes, before that, I want to explain that as I was growing up, I became part of different Islamic ideology groups.

And first one in the Koran course, and at one time at age 12, I wanted to be a suicide bomber.

In that Koran course, it was extremely radical to clean this world from infidels.

Then I met a radical Muslim man, which I got married.

I met him at 16 years old.

And he started introducing me a different level of jihad.

That's not what we're not about.

Maybe if you could start by taking us through your j- your journey, uh, from the Islamic faith, uh, to, uh, to Christianity.

Um, I was born and raised in Istanbul, Turkey, in a devout Muslim home.

I grew up during civil war years in Turkey, uh, in a very hostile environment.

Uh, I grew up basically in the mosque and memorizing most of Quran, uh, through my great-grandmother, who was an authority in Islam.

Uh, there was hostility, violence in home life, and hostility on the outside of the home, in the mosque, uh, on the streets.

I have, uh, I grew up seeing arms and legs flying in air, people killing each other.

Why are they doing that? What is the reason behind that?
