And where should they actually start? So should they start researching, researching, researching and tinkering? Should they hire someone like you straight away? What's the kind of journey they should go on?

Yeah, we're definitely seeing a spectrum, I guess, of journeys.

Some people decide from the get-go, we're going all in.

Let's just do this ourselves versus some partner and expert of ours.

Others that are a little bit more techie might appoint their ops manager or a department manager that's into it.

That can work well as well.

AI model specifically, Claude has gotten so good at this point that I think it's hard to ignore it.

Uh, so definitely seeing a lot more firms, um, honestly just getting away from GPT and moving into Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and the regular Claude Chat.

Um, beyond that, I'd say like a lot of the work we do is more on the back end in terms of like automation tools or we're using a lot of like Make and NAN and making sure that not only does the firm has to, uh, adopt the AI tool and have to like go in as a user to put in the data and whatever it is that they want to do, but that also there are underlying automations in the background doing some of the work for them so they don't even have to interact with the AI directly.
