Irvington

Where are you calling from, my friend?

Irvington, New Jersey.

Well, I hope you got some extra room in your wallet because we're filling it up with 500 bucks.

Oh, my God.

I, I wanted something more.

Then we moved from Newark to Irvington, and that's when Irvington was still really nice.

Mm-hmm.

And then my uncle had gotten a house in Brunswick.

This is all news to me.

Irvington.

Whoa, hometown boy.

No, no, Irvington's like the hood, bro.

You don't wanna-

It's all the fucking same.

...

in New York City.

Right

... and people who I went to the academy with, 'cause I went with a lot of Irvington guys-

Right

... and you were an Irvington officer.

Right.

Now, why don't you tell our audience a little bit about yourself, where you grew up, and how you grew up?

I was born in East Orange, well, East Orange General, and lived in Irvington, um, probably until I was eight or nine years old.

Um, we moved up to Sussex County from there.

Not to mention, he's awesome in coverage.

That athleticism you see in the Irvington, New Jersey kid, It's rare.

He's going to be playing on Sundays, and he's going to make some program, some team, I should say, some franchise very happy.

But to have him back for a second go-round as captain, you'd be hard-pressed to be more impressed and more excited, at least from my seat in the aisle, than with the play that Adon Shuler and the leadership and the intelligence and the charisma that he brings each and every week.

So you're not boxing me in with someone that's operating a restaurant in, call it Livingston or Short Hills.

Why? I mean, Newark, Irvington, Patterson, Brownsville, Brooklyn, of that sort, right? So show me the impact that you're talking about and I want to see on your balance sheet.

You know, my employees all carry... life insurance, dental, health, not because of the size, but I had a situation where one of my employees passed away, died.

And the family came to me and said, hey, you know, we don't have any money to bury our loved one.
