Irving Plaza

So yeah, I went and saw it.

The first night was in Irving Plaza in New York City.

And that was an amazing show.

And being at the legendary Irving Plaza was just a treat within itself.

Do you want me to talk about it? For us

non-Americans, I don't know what Irving Plaza is.

Yeah, I was going to say I can.

So seeing them in Irving Plaza, it's a very legendary venue that a lot of musicians have performed at big names over the years as they're up and coming.

or not.

uh caught them live uh since the last time i was on the show it was amazing show at irving plaza during the downpour one of those downpour nights like two sundays ago that was fucking great um was looking forward to arch coach show which was coming in about two three weeks but that entire tour has been canceled um so that really sucks never got to see them and it And there's some black metal shows coming up at TVI in November.

The band Senotafé from France is actually playing there, God willing, unless they can't get here.

And then actually Old Tower is playing at TVI, the Dungeon Synth band.

The Flaming Lips are also going on tour.

They'll be putting on a series of intimate shows across the U.S. and the U.K. Wayne Coyne and his bandmates will be at New York Irving Plaza on January 26th and 27th.

Tickets for both Tedeschi Trucks Band and The Flaming Lips go on sale tomorrow, October 30th at 10 a.m.

And that's our show for today.

The CMA New Artist of the Year nominee's first headline run spans 23 dates from Knoxville's Tennessee Theater to New York's Irving Plaza and Billy Bob's Texas.

After opening for some of country music's biggest stars, Emily Ann Roberts is stepping into the spotlight as a headliner.

And if that wasn't already exciting enough, she will be hitting the road with a very special guest, Kenny Whitmere, Cole Goodwin, Colton Dawson, and Mae Estes.

So I'm going to do it.

The night after that John Lennon got shot, I went to see Captain Beefheart at Irving Plaza.

And it was such a weird thing because...

Everybody was still in shock.
