So nappy rash where there's a little bit of redness is normally due to the skin just being exposed to the pee or just staying wet too long.

So keeping, making sure that when you're changing the nappy, you're really making sure the bottom is dry.

So using like a... a muslin a dry muslin once you've used your cotton wool and water or your water wipe although i kind of water wipes are very very heavy and wet so they can leave the baby's skin really wet so you're going to really want to dry it before putting the nappy on but nappy rash when it becomes broken skin and when the broken skin patches are getting bigger and it just looks angry and horrid you know particularly where the in the inside of the bottom the two patches of often oppose each other and it just looks really sore I would see the GP for that too because also it's painful so they can give you a cream that has like a little pain relief in it because newborns you can't give calpol
