I've converted Aristan to an Ironsworn character.

You can see the show notes for his complete character sheet.

But as Ironsworn is so simple, you'll get most of it here anyway.

His stats are Iron 2, Edge 2, Wits 1, Shadow 1, Heart 3.

And for his assets, I chose Ironclad, Swordmaster, and Commander to reflect his significant knightly training and his past military command experience.

And so I feel like even if he wasn't the one who literally invented it, his contribution to the solo RPG space is enormous.

And so much of that is because of Ironsworn and having a sci-fi companion to it, Starforge.

So to me, I feel like...

So, rather than rolling 2d6 for every roll, you're going to roll 1d6 and 2d10s.

We are an actual play podcast with a southern twist.

This is the beginning of our second season where we play Iron Sworn by Sean Tompkin.

Iron Sworn is a Powered by the Apocalypse TTRPG that lends itself well to the fantasy genre.

I'm not really interested in the combat.

So that's how I found out about Ironsworn, and that's more my, my, what I prefer to play.

So heavy combat systems I'm not quite so interested in.

I'm more interested in creating the story, discovering the story.
