Ippon

It is essentially

an Ippon deathmatch.

So it's kind of like a game of blood where if you feel like this should be so easy, but then because it's so easy, the more they stretch it out, it kind of makes it more

entertaining.

This was yesterday.

And Adam had thrown his first three opponents for Ippon.

And my son goes out there for like the final and throws him with Uchimata for Wazari.

And then they get kind of in a firefight where the kid comes high right and Adam's a lefty.

Hiroshi guys is nice.

Yeah, he lands really good Ippons in the gi.

Fucking sick.

Ippon's like the over-the-shoulder throw.

And then another fight, I didn't even realise it was over.

I hadn't even realised I'd actually thrown someone for Ippon and that it was over.

I hadn't even realised I'd actually won it.

And that was how green I was in terms of the... you know, the rules and things, you've got a rough idea of how it used to be.
