So this would be the relevant time period.

But the problem was this iCloud account showed several associated iPhones, including an iPhone 7, an iPhone 12, and an iPhone 10.

They never received any of the devices listed under that iCloud.

So when they arrest Blaze, right, he's got an iPhone 15 Pro.

So there are a lot of trade-offs that you make with that, but you make that because of what else you get from it, because of the form factor, because of the pizzazz, because of the newness.

And so I think that people do need to go into this, even if you were... to bring up andy's previous point because i've had this conversation with friends where they are like okay i want a three or four year old phone as long as the duo has a better camera than what i have now i'll be happy with it and i have to and i have to be really careful with them and say you're gonna want to be real clear about what you want because If you were to go back to the iPhone 12, yeah, which I think was the first one with the triple sensors.

Even then, I think that, yeah, you might have a bigger megapixel count, might be a newer sensor, but I don't know if you're going to get better photographic quality than what you had then.

And so you need to just make sure, how do I take photos? What are the things that are important to me? What are the trade-offs I'm willing to take? And if you are going to look at this and say, okay, you know, for $2,000, I don't need to be a day one buyer.

Right.

And I have to, and I have to be really careful with them and say, "You're gonna want to be real clear about what you want," because if you were to go back to the iPhone 12, yeah, it, it, which I think was the first one with the, the, the triple sensors, um, even then, I think that, yeah, you might have a, a, a beggar, megapixel count might be a, a newer sensor, but I don't know if you're gonna get better photographic quality than what you had then.

And so you need to just make sure, how, how do I take photos? What are the things that, um, are important to me? What are the trade-offs I'm willing to take? And if you are going to look at this and say, "Okay, you know what? For $2,000, I don't need to be a day-one buyer.

I will wait until they are able to upgrade these things and bring more parity across the line," then I think that an, a, an iPhone 18 Pro or Pro Max is a perfect phone for you, especially if you've got, you know, like a, an iPhone, you know, a, a 13 or 14 or, or even into a 15, kind of depending on, on where you are in your upgrade cycle.

So pulls T-Mobile and does all the analytics of the analysis behind the phones.

So they ended up searching and finding his iPhone 12 in a track phone.

So they're able to get into the track phone, and they have a code, the PIN, after they get the warrant, obviously.

And they just happen to try the PIN on the iPhone 12, and it unlocks.

So he doesn't use a different pin.

Some dumb smart people, smart dumb people, whatever you want to call it.

So at one point, he's giving Nathan the death stare during this testimony.

I mean, I think it's crazy what he's doing because he knows he's in for it now because all this testimony is so bad for him.

But everything else is the exact same.

So for instance, it'll be like, "Introducing the new iPhone 12." And then it'll be like, "This ships with a better camera, a sleeker interface, a better, you know, operating system," and like a bunch of other bullshit.

Yeah.

So he's done that for like the 12, for the 13, for the 14, [chuckles] for the 15.
