Like I mentioned, in the years before and just after COVID, I did host a podcast for several years focused primarily on collegiates, women's sports, Iowa State Cyclones specifically, but also heavy emphasis on women's professional sports as well.

But as my girls were getting older and, you know, getting into all the things and I was advancing my career, it just kind of felt like maybe it was time to step away.

So I did.
