it's 50 bucks oh that's yeah it's a lot yeah i know it's a little overpriced it's a pretty good game it is like the gameplay is great i like it it's a new franchise too so it's understandable that it's maybe a little bit undercooked yeah yeah like it's got time in the future to work on that type of stuff 50 bucks though like it should be 35 yeah

Skybound is the current publisher of the Walking Dead Telltale games as well as Invincible Versus.

Mega Cat also developed a side-scrolling Five Nights at Freddy's game and took over the Backyard Baseball series.

Never heard of these developers before personally, but hey, mostly positive with over 700 reviews is pretty good.

I'm a big fan of that outfit.

Well, speaking of things that you're a big fan of, we got the next DLC character also for Invincible Versus, and it is Agent Spider.

So we all kind of called this, but seeing it in action just makes me happy.

Uh, off the rip, uh, I mean, you know, let's go over some of the releases.

So today we had, uh, who is it that I have here? Uh, for Invincible Versus, we had Angstrom, which Mezza, you got a chance to, you know, we, you streamed a little bit of it before we got onto the podcast.

Um, for Invincible Versus, the brother plays with portals, big brain, you know, what else can I say? Uh, but his, uh, his game, his, his, basically his kit seemed kinda, kinda dirty.

And from what it seems, they're running, like, tournaments for strictly you can only play Angstrom and s- and a different set of characters, but Angstrom must be on the team, so it's pretty cool.

So he isn't the only DLC character that we're looking at in Invincible Versus.

Resident Evil 7 and 8 I played this year.

Invincible Versus on the PS5.

Mean of the Hollower.

I think I'm missing a couple games, so I've played a shit ton of games.

But no PS5 games.

Other than Invincible Versus.

I haven't played any PS5 games.

Tony, what do you think of all the characters announced for Marvel, Tolkien, Invincible Versus, and Tekken 8? Do any of them interest you? I'm going to go off just top of my head because I've just been kind of just tangentially looking at the news.

I was focusing more on Comic-Con.

Marvel, Tolkien, I know they have Jane Foster, Thor, Venom.

The Cyclops with the Phoenix Force inside of him.

um so out of all those um i don't know i is the thing is we we've already played as venom and we have carnage the one i would have been interested in a store but it's fucking jay foster it was like what are we doing you know it should have been beta ray bill um invincible versus i don't know and rich you can help me with this did they announce any other characters besides uh agent spider

I won't be playing that because I didn't like the comic and I'm not, I didn't watch the show, so I just don't care.

And Mike Willett, the executive producer steering this massive project, says he has been closely studying the latest patches for Tekken 8.

Which makes sense for research.

He plays as a character named Brian Fury, but then he immediately admits with total candor that when he goes online, he usually, quote, "Gets his ass kicked."
