Invader

...

but I didn't know about Invader, not even that he existed.

So to our new listeners, a very quick recap.

In episode one, I talk about a anonymous French street artist who's been installing pixelated ceramic mosaics in public spaces since 1998.

He had never seen them.

Wow.

He's like, "We're-- we're gonna try, but I've never seen this." And while I was reading on this blog about Invader in the Underwater Museum, I realized that I'm about to dive for the second time on this museum, but I've never really researched the history, the meanings, and all.

And so this is what I'm gonna cover today in this episode.

And, um, we thought about, you know, thought maybe a lasso would be a good way to surround an irregular region, and, um, some other art tools.

And it's funny to me because I went to Paris for the first time fairly recently, and there's a s- street artist known as Space Invader, and he does a lot of mosaic work.

And he has borrowed liberally from, um, early Macintosh stuff, which made me really happy.

So the first font I designed was Chicago.
