Interstate 275

Five on five in five.

Let's go to Kentucky, where Boone County deputies are investigating a shooting that shut down part of I-275 West for hours this morning.

This happened on the interstate between Graves Road and the Idlewild Bypass near the Kentucky-Indiana state line.

Boone County Dispatch tells us that deputies found a person who had been shot there on the interstate.

The other one is the Creation Museum.

Arc Encounter, a relatively new Creation Museum, has been there for decades, technically in Indiana, but really close to the I-275 loop.

No, technically in Kentucky.

it's that part of i-275 that really goes too far west to be useful as like commuter line that's why i was thinking it was indiana when it was actually kentucky but the creation museum is an absolutely massive draw within its niche and so there's a lot of demand for the creation museum and the ark encounter same ownership group by the way between the two that you just wouldn't even think of as as being high demand with with short-term rentals those two attractions for short-term rental investors should be mentioned here.

I would say that kudos to you for getting educated, for sure.

Also, that in a lot of ways, the neighborhood's going to depend on your goals.

And you're going to find that Cincinnati is not a market where within The I-275 loop, you can reliably understand that as you go east to west or west to east, north, south, south, north, there is no one direction that redevelopment and gentrification and growth is happening in.

It doesn't work on the cardinal directions like some other major metros do.

And a really nice thing about our show is because it's set up in a museum, you have the chance to see all the aircraft up close and personal, but also the whole showroom stays open throughout the whole day.
