Intersex

I don't know any of these words.

Traumlesben intergeschlechtlich.

Intergeschlechtlich.

Intergeschlechtlich.

Which I imagine is German for intersex.

Nichtbarne.

And I got in FLINTA.

So, you know, for those who don't know what the acronym means, it's Femme, Lesbian, Intersex, Non-binary, Trans-A...

Anyone else? I don't know.

A-sexual? A-gender?

We are joined by Tee.

will start off with an audio diary sharing their own reflections on climate change and what it means for trans and intersex people.

After that, T will moderate a dialogue featuring trans and intersex community members, stakeholders, and allies.

Let's listen.

Hello, I'm Thi.

So, I don't know if I'm a part of the community.

Thank you so much for your contributions.

That was T moderating a powerful dialogue between trans and intersex community members and allies.

Flinta stands for Frauen, Lesben, Lesben I guess.

Intergeschlechtliche.

Intergeschlechtliche.

Okay.

Okay, so woman, lesbian, intersex, non-binary, trans and agender people.

... what I really think is there's, there's two t- two genders, but there's this other group of people who..." W- and then he kind of like tries to lean on the idea of intersex.

Mm.

Intersex has become this like...

They feel like it's this get out of jail free card.

Yeah.

And I'm like, wouldn't it be amazing to have a film that talks about all of that stuff? How can we have a film that talks about all of that stuff at once? And so that's when the ideas started popping up.

Like, well, if the main character is Intersex and they are a hacker, and this is happening well.

We just started finding the intersections between these worlds and issues and realities and constructing, slowly constructing a story that inhabited all of those realities.

It took a great deal of research.
