There's a hairdryer story.

You know how I've been like for years, I've been like, in case of moisture, the FIG needs to have electric hairdryers on the floor so they can dry things.

Well, there is a hair dryer on the floor, but it's not for that.

When was the last time you felt in control of your business finances? Expenses tracked, invoices sent, taxes ready.

yeah um like at the at the lower levels your um your like meat leotard will be tank but once you get higher levels you start wearing long sleeves um or sometimes three-quarter sleeves but they they're they're longer always for some reason Because they're formal for meets.

But they only recently, I don't know if it was USAG or if it was FIG.

So USAG is the U.S. governing body and FIG is the International Gymnastics Governing Body.

I don't remember which one it was.

But one of them recently finally allowed unitards.

Yeah.

And I saw

recently because FIG and USAG also oversees like tumbling and trampoline.

Not so much Listunova, because she had not been granted...

She wasn't given the FIG's provisional when they started allowing some gymnasts in.

She wasn't one of them.

She wasn't allowed at European Championships in Croatia this year.

I love working with judges because they give you very valuable information about strategy, where the deductions are.

So I like to work with judges.

However, Riis did compete this element already in Gessler, which is an FIG sanctioned competition where Donatella was the head judge, but it was not brought up as being a problem.

Now, she's been multiple times being have competed this element in front of category one and category two judges.

And

I'm like, why are we burying? I think we need to teach the FIG the expression, bury the lead.

Seriously, there's a

Uh, there is, I think t- countries are slowly announcing their teams, because I think they have to by a certain date.

Otherwise, the FIG, Federation of International Gymnastics, are kind of like, "You can't bring a team anymore-"

"... 'cause you're, you're too late to sort of do it." Um, I think the Americans just released their Wag Team yesterday maybe.

On those sports that are in the Olympics, there are international bodies that all those throughout the world report to and have an agreed upon set of rules they're going to follow.

In gymnastics, it's FIG.

In swimming, it's FINA.

You may have heard of some of those.

Sure, sure.

The World Athletics doesn't tell USA Track and Field how to pick their team, and, you know, World Gymnastics doesn't tell USA Gymnastics how to pick their team.

Okay.

And World Swimming doesn't tell the US.

That was an oddly harsh thing to bring up right now.

The FIG is saying that.

Now I'm called World Gymnastics, by the way, but we cannot get our heads around this because it's dumb.

We love a federation, like in space.

Um, also if they can't expect us to get it right, if they also can't get it right, because the graphics at the Samba T World Cup still said FIG World Challenge Cup,

which maybe

it still officially is, cuz they came up with the name of the competition before they changed the name of the organization.

But I was like, if, if you expect me to get it right, you gotta get it right.

And yeah, they give me some, uh, hard times about it, though.

They give, like, the, the FIG and stuff, they want to keep it, like, a really nice sport or, like, a really decent.

I say that, you said a nice word for it, like, the strict sport.

So they gave, gave me a lot of stuff about it.
