a momentum to bring people together at the U.S. And to bring together State Department, the former USAID and development agencies around the world to ensure that your programs from the World Bank, International Interdevelopment, American Bank, International Development Bank, all these global development actors are understanding that

relationship

between disability and poverty And the U.S. story isn't a story that is U.S.-centric.

And so that is a process.

It's a journey, not simply a destination.

And I encourage you all to reach out and support the work of Save the Children, support the work of the Center for Empowered Living, and If you do work with disabled communities, perhaps consider funding them on an exchange program with the CIL, with the Center for Independent Living, to continue this Global Fellows work with disability advocates and grassroots practitioners and development experts that can center the lived experience of disability in global development.
