You're competing against an environment of... people that may not have done any deals, that have no basis of competency.

The CBI from IBBA, it would be great if that was mandated across the country, but it's not.

So no, there's not a soul that knows what that means.

So from an industry standpoint, there is no bar.

Right.

And that's, that's the back to the, the challenge.

You know, I, I love that, that, and I was at the IBBA conference and I love that the, the age is coming down.

I am so stoked about that, but somebody, but somebody, somebody, You don't want to Your first deal, somebody has to pay that tuition on your behalf, right? You don't want that.
