International Academy Of Family Lawyers

I'm Antonia Marran, a family lawyer based in Sydney with the Mills Oakley Family Law Team.

I'm delighted to be joined by two highly experienced fellows of the International Academy of Family Lawyers, Susan Warder, Lead Family Law Partner at Mills Oakley Sydney and Amanda Donovan, Director of Hague Lion Lawyers in Auckland.

And today we're comparing family law in Australia and New Zealand, two countries connected by the regular movement of people, families and assets across the Tasman.

But before we begin, may I ask each of you, Susan and Amanda, to briefly introduce yourself and tell our listeners about your practice.

He's handled more than 2,000 matters and over 220 trials since 2004.

And he is a fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers and serves as the president-elect of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, a position that He'll take on next month.

Al is also a former deputy district attorney.

He attended UC Hastings College of Law, now known as UC Law San Francisco.
