It's the topic of quiet quitting.

Now, to just lay the foundation, and I'm not gonna take the whole half hour on this.

I am gonna take a couple of segments.

To lay the foundation, quiet quitting is a concept that's been around in the workplace for, well, since there have been jobs, and it is doing the bare minimum to keep a job without emotionally investing in that job.

It's, it's the idea of it's a paycheck.

That's, that's what it all boils down to, and you don't take ownership of the job, the position.

And, and there are certain occupations out there where that makes 100% sense to me, but those are rare.
