I have a fantastic guest.

He is an interior designer, a real estate agent, but so much more.

The way that he walks you through the process, he's on board.

He can literally be on board to the very end, and I will let you, let him explain that.

I love it, man.

I had a designer on a show some time past, and she said, "Listen, there's a difference between an, being an interior direct- interior d- decorator and a interior designer." And so you're right.

Yeah.

You'll either be still discounting your worth or you could be running a design business that is actually profitable.

My mom is a decorator.
