He had a long career and, and, and, an institutional, they call it the Institutional Investor ranking, II, where he was ranked number one technician for like 10 years in a row.

This guy figured out a mousetrap in his world and said, "This is my discipline.

I'm selling it," and they made him a paid contributor after his career at a bank, and he was extremely well followed.

So I'll give you two, at least to start with, top of my head.

I mentioned Camden and I'm also going to mention Institutional Investor.

Both of them humongously discourage folks soliciting.

Matter of fact, if they find sponsors soliciting money, trying to get people to invest, they get kicked out of the conference.

So the fact that Lauren Feldman runs a great job, as I think of... institutional investor.

Susan Kemp now is the CEO, president of IPI Camden, and very rigorous in terms of the memberships, in terms of the focus, non-solicitation, as I said, relative to fundraising.

and two is getting good speakers um and so both conferences get very very you know i'm working now on ipi camden i actually had a call with with the individual managing it today working who the speakers are so you know we that conference happens to be in um uh palm beach has gotten so popular we know how to change hotels uh but there's a yeah but we have they have one they have ones in vancouver actually it's going to happen next week in vancouver They host Dallas and Dubai and so forth.

And we've traveled around and we've gone to events with Institutional Investor together.
