Inside Soap

It's not that long to wait.

According to Inside Soap, it looks like it's within the next few weeks.

So this is a very exciting development.

And yeah, we look forward to unpacking more Emmerdale in our normal episodes, which as we go forward every week, every week.

Honestly, I can't remember.

But I have to assume, because my poor gay heart cannot focus on the fact that it might not be hers in the future, what else is she going to do? There's an interview that Ali King did for Inside Soap and they said, you know, if she doesn't have the factory, what else is she going to do? And Ali's like, oh, she can always work in the CAF because that seems to be her go-to default job.

And I'm like, no, come on.

You can't have Carla Conner-Swain working in the CAF.

Well, unfortunately, the biggest spoiler we have to talk about is Carla.

Not unfortunately, obviously not for that reason.

Carla and Lisa made the front page of Inside Soap Magazine again, of course.

Sex sells.

And when you find yourself watching, uh, You're Not My Mother, Yes I Am for like the fifth time in a show, you begin to think, I'm weary of this.

And nothing makes me more, more weary than a quote in Inside Soap magazine where someone says, "We've never done this story before." And you think, oh God, that means like, you know, a rabid hamster's on the loose and has climbed up your arse-

[laughs]

... or something.

It often is.

Like if you read, and I, by the way, shout out, very big fan of Inside Soap since 1995, but they do often suggest something and then you're like, oh my God, this is going to be amazing.

And then it's like, oh, is

that it? This didn't come from Inside Soap, though.

This came from the actor that plays Idris.

Yes,

And like I said, those things are gold dust for the people who are really invested in these storylines.

So the more that they do it, it's really great and we really love seeing it.
