And I'm very, very, very lucky to have won some, I was recognised as one of the standout 45 women for Innovate Finance last year in FinTech, which was a big shock, actually.

And I really, really was proud of that.

I've also won a couple of European Women in Business and Finance Awards, which was really good.

He then became founding partner and chair at Horton Street Ventures, deploying a school-backed fund that invested in 25 LSE alumni companies from pre-seed to seed before joining Antler.

He describes himself as a data nerd, is a non-executive director at Innovate Finance, and positions himself as an operator VC at who spends time with founders at the idea stage.
