I picked up the three issues on Comixology, rest in peace, for $3 because the single issues on Comixology, only a buck, which is huge.

99 cents is fantastic for older comics and I was blown away by it I loved it it was super super interesting super fun the redesigns of all the characters are so well done uh I remember when those skins came to Injustice and I was like oh this is the this is the fire shit I will never ever use any of the other skins uh I love Hal Jordan's especially that uh Air Force Green Lantern look is super, super cool.

I'm surprised The Lantern Show didn't go for that, considering the budget is $2 and a crisp handshake.

Yeah, no, Superman Red Son is one of those rare comics that, like The Dark Knight Returns, like Watchmen, you hear a lot about people tell you, you need to read it, that you're going to love it and appreciate it.

And then he can follow it up with like a command grab and shit.

And even in, uh, they do this basically similar thing in not The Long Halloween, but, um, Just- Injustice.

It starts off like, look, we've been playing this game too long.

This is, like, it's starting to be too many," right? And so it felt like that was Zack Snyder and the slow mo and j- when he brought it to the Justice League.

Um, for me, it's clearly, um, someone should have told him from the beginning, "You can't do in- the Injustice storyline." Like, either-

And he never really picked.

He flirts with it, like, "Oh, here's a dark version of Superman," but he doesn't do what happened in Injustice where Lois Lane and his baby get killed, like, right away, and we're like-
