Initiation

I'm a big believer in prayer.

And then I wrote a book called Initiation, The Spiritual Transformation of the Experiencer.

This is a book for people who are experiencers.

It's a book, it's a handbook.

It's an affirmation.

And so I talk about using that technique in your prayer life.

This book is called Initiation, the Spiritual Transformation of the Experiencer.

And my latest book is called Enlightenment.

If you have been around Embodied Astrology this year, you might be familiar with the series that we have going on on Tuesdays once a month with Aziz.

It's called An Initiation into Spiritual Warriorship.

And over the course of this year, since February, Aziz has been holding monthly practice and learning spaces and collective support spaces to work with Saturn and Neptune and Aries.

And they formed a once-every-37-year conjunction back in February.

When you've done enough work, we...

Initiation comes in stages.

You will be presented with an archetypal situation.

And I talked about in the last video that Venus and the underworld, how oftentimes you'll be blindfolded.

That saying, the higher you go, the, the further you fall.

So that's why initiation is like walking, they call it the double-edged sword, and oftentimes you'll see the archetype of initiation, you're walking on the blade, and you could fall this way or that way.

Initiation is real, and you get tested, and it's when your every force is coming at you.

And if there is a true vessel prepared, a true chalice within has been sculpted by your work, your spiritual work and healing, when that time comes, you will gain information.

Man, I had a typo up here.

Initiation.

I see that the YouTube has a little typo.

We'll have to fix that.

The candidate was in the hands of and guided by the priesthood.

Initiation ceremonies of secret cults in the mystery type invariably involved tests, sometimes most severe ones.

The effect of certain experiences was a carefully worked program of mind training which is familiar in modern times as that which is employed by certain totalitarian states to condition or reshape the thinking of an individual.

Chapter 1 Initiation, What It Is and Is Not Part 1 It is no rare occurrence to receive questions relating to initiation, and we are also frequently asked to state whether this order or that society is genuine, and whether the initiations they offer to all comers who have the price are bona fide.

For that reason it seems necessary to write a treatise on the subject so the students of the Rosicrucian Fellowship may have an official statement for reference and guidance in the future.

In the first place let it be clearly understood that we consider it reprehensible to express condemnation of any society or order, no matter what its practices.

Since the vibratory rate of the atoms in his body will in a very short time become accelerated to such a pitch that it will seem to him as if he were walking on air, then also an improper cleavage of the vital body may take place, and either consumption or insanity follows.

Now please put this down where it will burn itself into your consciousness in letters of fire.

Initiation is a spiritual process, and spiritual progress cannot be accomplished by physical means, but only by spiritual exercises.

There are many orders in the West which profess to initiate anyone who has the price.
