Ever hear the term SPF? It's how we talk about how strong sunscreen is.

So SPF is, stands for Sun Protection Factor, and it tells you how much more protection you are getting from the sun as compared to if you had no sunscreen on at all.

And this is determined in a lab, and what they do is they look to see time to sunburn with a certain amount of sun on the skin versus time to sunburn with the product on.
