My guests today, in fact, one of them has just come back from Infosecurity Europe in London, where he delivered a standing room only session on agentic cyber GRC.

Ian Yip is the founder and CEO of Averto, the company behind the cyber and AI governance platform Cyber HQ, and a former chief technology officer for McAfee in Asia Pacific.

He is joined by his colleague, Jack Hedges, a strategic account executive at Averto who spends his days alongside the security leaders of Australia trying to pull all this into practice.

And some of it was a little bit different given that the markets are like the variety of the companies there, I guess, very in size compared to maybe the Asia Pacific market and the US.

Yeah, and we want to dive into a little bit about what you learned at your time in the conference and the talk that you gave there.

But help set the scene in terms of what InfoSecurity Europe is all about.

Who's the audience and what were some of the topics that were being covered?

I think for the larger events where...

they are charging people large sums of money to go to these events or large amounts of money for vendors to appear at these events, like InfoSec Europe and others, you know, not just talking about the InfoSec community here, because I've spoken at... a variety of different trade shows and events.

I was talking yesterday that maybe the most obscure one was Care Homes, the Care Homes Expo.

And some of those, you know, they're charging 20, 30, 40, 80,000 pounds per exhibitor.
