The award honors the town of Corridon, which was Indiana's first state capital and the place where the first state constitution was written.

I think this may be headed to the Indiana Supreme Court, and irrespective of how it turns out, it may end up at the Indiana General Assembly because they're going to have to deal with this one way or the other.

No matter who wins, the other side is going to go to them and say, you need to do the opposite.

It took months to receive DNA test results from the Indiana State Police Forensic Labs when former Allen County Prosecutor Kieran Richards took office in 2003.

Twenty-three years later, a study committee of the Indiana General Assembly was told last week that turnaround for the 815 rape kits submitted to the state Police last year averaged 271 days.
