Not going after, but we're calling tenants and users less with, hey, how can I help with the real estate? More of like, hey, why are you in this sub-market? Why does this building work for you? Just kind of doing a survey and just get them talking.

Oh, we love Indian Trail or whatever because... you know we our employees are here we live here and that can kind of open the door as well but doing that with the ios groups as well is important and they spill the beans on why it works for them and you know yes 7 000 per usable acre sounds like a lot of money per month but you know if if you think about it and you do the math on, okay, if this product is living inside a building, it's going to cost you say 12 bucks per square foot, but you can house that thing outside, you know, just, I'm not, I'm, pulling numbers out, but it's a dollar per square foot, right? And that delta is where the value is and why they can pay what they can pay because the alternative is having it in a building and paying triple, quadruple, you know, 500% of what that is.

So, That's how the iOS stuff is penciling.
