You mentioned in your review that there are exciting results presented at last year's ASH and probably some more will be coming out.

What new and ongoing programs and results do you think will be presented at ASH with respect to InVivo CAR programs? And you mentioned it as well in terms of bytes.

Do you think InVivo CAR can compete with the amazing work that's been done on bytes? It's a bit of crystal ball gazing into the future, but what would you like to see?
Roch HouotGUEST

Yeah, it is crystal ball because the abstracts are not public yet.

I agree.

But I think one of the things that's really what I'm most intrigued by is, you know, for the longest time, we've talked about the downsides and difficulty of atollius cartes, not being off the shelf and having all these logistic issues, but being the one and done, or you say some and done compared to the bispecifics, which are currently are given continuously, or at least for a prolonged protected period of time.

Now we finally have some good data with allogeneic cartes that we've been trying to get forever, but somehow they did just as simply efficacy as autologous CAR T. We're now starting to see some that maybe are, but I think the in vivo CAR Ts are looking quite impressive, right? So the idea that you can create the autologous CAR T inside the person themselves becomes off the shelf and is a one-time treatment that is also looking very promising.

So I'm very excited about those potentials.

And we actually have now in vivo bispecifics and trispecifics being, you know, you inject the patient with a nanoparticle

and

have them produce their own agent.
