Tell me, when did you start your journey, your property investment journey, and how did you do that?

Yeah.

So I guess, yeah, I was telling you beforehand, PK, I think my interest in property investing started at a very young age.

So my family moved to Saudi Arabia for a couple of years back in the early nineties.

So I did a couple of years of primary school there.

So my dad earned some tax-free dollars, I guess, over there.

And And when we came back in the mid-90s, my mum, I guess, you know, was on a mission.

I want to go straight into, I mean, you're more than welcome to share which suburbs you bought in, but could you share the experience of pivoting from extremely hot suburbs and how you symptomize those to less hot suburbs so that you're not constantly missing out on deals and you can actually get into the market?
