And that is about as deep as we need to go unless somebody accidentally downloaded the Immunology podcast.

The best human example is ulcerative colitis.

Immunologic and genetic methods can help clinical labs when speed or accuracy is critical, and those tests are becoming more readily available in homes and doctors' offices without lab facilities.

Antigen detection tests can rapidly identify certain pathogens directly from patient samples.

Molecular methods like PCR detect genetic material with high sensitivity and specificity, even when organisms are difficult or slow to culture.

The other thing that's advanced a lot is immunology.

And immunology is where it's going to be on with a lot of cancer treatments.

There will always be a place for other treatments in cancer, but for Immunology, that's primarily where I think a lot of it will go now.

And our understanding of the immune system has improved so much.

The discovery of the molecule PD-1, for instance, is probably the seminal thing.

AbbVie remains a steady and increasingly diversified revenue growth story.

Group revenues grew 10% year on year, led by another strong quarter from Immunology, where revenues increased 15%.

Skyrizi and Rynvok grew 24% and 25% respectively, more than offsetting the decline in Humira, and providing further evidence that AbbVie has successfully transitioned its immunology franchise beyond its former blockbuster.

There remains significant runway for both drugs as they continue to gain share across multiple indications.
