Maggie says bless your heart I love how it's so clear that the Ilona Andrews couple lives in Texas and values Texas how many books have we read that are in Texas that are not just some small random town single book fantasy usually a romance but in this case it's a like a longer like fantasy and it has a character from Texas that's so clear which is awesome

being a Texan at this time myself We have two more.

So I really would like to read that soon.

I also thought This Kingdom Will Not Kill Me by Lona Andrews also sounds really delightful, and I can't wait to read that.

I feel like I've also had I'm Medusa by Ayanna Gray on my TBR for a long time, so I would definitely take that with me so that I could finally get it read.

Tempest by Victoria Aveyard just came out and I really want to read that.

But I don't think Alona Andrews as a writing team This book was like a certified hit, right? This book is a big book.

And I don't think the publisher would necessarily make them do that.

Nope, still long story short.

I haven't been paying attention to other podcasts because I have been binge-reading all of the Ilona Andrews that I can get my hands on for a future episode.

But in the meantime, this morning, when I was taking a break, I went and checked out my usual podcast feed and saw that another podcast... that I think is really cool, is doing what we had planned to do going forward for our next book to do a read-along to.

That immediately sent me sending a text to Catherine and Sage, because I very much suffer from comparisons.

I have not actually read either of them.

I have the newest Alona book on hold at the library.

Yeah, no, there's a few, but it's mainly the Ilona Andrews, the Faith Hunters.

I think because they're not real worlds.
