From Sunday afternoon to Monday afternoon, the same rainfall range is expected over Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Cavite, Batangas, and Occidental Mindoro.

From Monday afternoon to Tuesday afternoon, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Abra, Benguet, Zambales, Bataan, Tarlac, Pampanga, Cavite, Batangas and Occidental Mindoro may receive 50 to 100 mm of rain.

Pegasus said rainfall may be higher in mountainous and elevated areas.

The impact in some areas may also be worsened by significant rainfall already received.

A low-pressure area that had entered the Philippine area of responsibility has intensified the monsoon.

Aside from Metro Manila, the suspension covered Abra, Benguet, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pongasinan, Baton, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Tarlac, Zambales, Batangas, Cavite, Rizal, Oriental Mindoro, and Occidental Mindoro.

In its afternoon bulletin on Friday, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration placed the provinces of Pampanga, Bataan, and Zambales, as well as the towns of Hagonoy, Kalumpit, Pulilan, Pombong, Malolos, Plarital and Giginto in Bulacan, and San Jose, Mayantok, Kamling, San Clemente, Santa Ignacia, Kapas and Bamban in Tarlac under Red Rainfall Warning Alert, which means that serious flooding is expected in those areas.

Under an orange alert were Metro Manila, the provinces of Rizal and the towns of Angot, Baligtas, Baliuag, Bokowa, Bulican, Bustos, Macau-Ayon, San Jose del Monte, Doña Remedios Trinidad, Marilao, Norzagaray, Obondo, Pondi, San Ildefonso, San Miguel, San Rafael and Santa Maria in Bulacan, Concepcion, Anau, Tarlac City, Girona, La Paz, Paniki, Pura, Ramos, San Manuel, Victoria and Moncada in Tarlac.
