We would get a notice from IDFPR regulators.

Well, that's what I'm saying.

So the regulators haven't sent us anything.

And so like typically when I did these previous, but it was for the other regulator, the Department of Agriculture was like, no, you have to sell the equity.

And then the department of, you know, the IDPFR, the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation.

Financial is also in there.

I didn't say that one.

Basically, there were a lot of dots that weren't being connected across all of these agencies that regulate the funeral home industry.

But there were a ton of red flags, like the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, for instance, which oversees funeral directors, have reprimanded Clark and Johanna Morgan for various violations repeatedly from 2017 to 2025. the illinois comptroller's office which oversees cremations shut down their chicago heights crematory for mishandling of bodies in 2025. then the illinois department of revenue issued four liens on their home previously property tax bills were delinquent at the building that they owned for the past two years and then the building itself which is regulated by the city had not been inspected by an understaffed buildings department for four years leading up to this discovery even though This building had prior to that had a history of failed city inspections.

So like I said, there's just a lot of dots that weren't connected.
