Idalou

Lubbock-Estacado hammered Borger.

Idalou, they rolled over Little, uh, the Rose-

Littlefield

...

Mm-hmm.

Can't wait for those two to play.

Uh, District 2-3A, Division II, Idalou beats Littlefield 38 to 20.

Wildcats were up, I think it was 28 or 29 to seven.

I'm-

I'm gonna go with Idalou.

Oh, Idalou-

Okay

... was gonna be my first guess.

I would.

But I think he was in Idalou last week.

Was he?

Transferred to, um, Angelo State, judged there as well, got my master's from there and coached a judging team, um, helped coach a wool team.

Um, after that, went on the block and, um, went out to Idalou, got to do the ag teacher experience and, uh, that was a really great program that I was with at Idalou with Fudd Robertson and Michael Collins.

Those guys, they get it.

Great ag teachers.

[laughs] This one caught me by surprise, but I guess it kinda makes sense.

How about Idalou versus Grand Saline?

Region two in 3A division two-

It's so wild.

That's all coming up today on The Texas Standard.

From Idalou to Plainview, Del Rio to New Deal, no matter where you are, you're on Texas Standard Time this Friday, October 9th, 2026.

I'm Michael Marx.

Yesterday, we discussed the news that former Army Major Nidal Hasan will be executed by firing squad on December 3rd, the first person in decades to be killed by firing squad in the military.

All right.

District 2, 3A, Division 2, number one, Idaloo on the road to take on Lubbock.

Roosevelt? Give me Idaloo.

Muleshoe at Littlefield.

Littlefield's good, man.

Yeah.

Uh, Idalou is, um, they're 6 and 0.

They'll play this week at Roosevelt, so I mean, they're, they're just down the tracks.

And New Deal, they've been playing well.

Yeah, but they're both green and, and it's a nice, it's very nice also, so.

I could've also went with Idalou-

Uh-

... who won last night.

Idalou also wears the same color.

We could talk about that.

Yeah.

Wow
