I contacted Aaron Snell, communications director of the Idaho State Police, to request information regarding enhanced patrols and an interview.

Although I specifically clarified we can conduct the interview in a manner that does not violate the gag order, I did not receive the interview I requested.

Police Chief James Fry will give an update of the ongoing investigation into the quadruple homicide that occurred at 1122 King Road on Sunday, November 13th, the press release says.

Officials from the Moscow Police Department, Idaho State Police, the City of Moscow, and the University of Idaho will be present.

So it's obviously a significant press conference where I would expect them to announce that this is their suspect and they're going to continue moving forward with the extradition process to get this man in Idaho to face the justice that he allegedly deserves.

That actually seems to be one of the larger areas that we don't have a lot of information in.

Four days later, DM was interviewed by Idaho State Police Detective Victoria Gooch.

DM gave a detailed recounting of what she did on Saturday, November 12, 2022, until when she went to bed at approximately 3.20 a.m. on Sunday, November 13, 2022.

On December 29, 2022, defendant was arrested in Albrightville, Pennsylvania.

The following day, on December 30, 2022, 47 days after her first interview, DM was interviewed by Idaho State Police detectives.

They asked DM whether she had seen a picture of the defendant.

I, like, don't fully remember it, I would say.

Four days later, DM was interviewed by Idaho State Police Detective Victoria Gooch and MPD Captain Dustin Blaker.

DM gave a detailed recounting of what she did on Saturday, November twelfth, twenty twenty-two, until when she went to bed at approximately three twenty AM on Sunday, November thirteenth, twenty twenty-two.

She stated that sometime between four AM and four twenty AM, she woke up and heard a male's voice she did not recognize say, "It's okay.
