So you actually do have all these opportunities to just buy shit.

Whereas I think I mentioned this before, like a lot of our adventures are like in the jungles of Schultz or in the tundra of Icewind Dale or the open ocean.

Like there's not a whole lot of huge shopping opportunities.

And in this adventure particularly, it's like, oh, yeah, there's plenty of opportunity to just buy whatever supplies you need to an extent.

For a background reference for anybody listening who's not in our D&D game, Drew is playing an old man who is currently hiking up Kelvin's Cairn near Bryn Shander to help save this portion of the Ten Towns.

Of Icewind Dale.

And he is an old man.

Even though he is a magically inclined old man, I want the fact that he chose to play an old human to play in the narrative a lot.

So it's the, the NPC is going to be Auril, the goddess of winter, um, who is evil.

But, um, in the story, Auril is kind of, her mind is shattered, so her avatar is cast down to the, down to the realms, and her power of winter has run amok, which is why winter never ends in Icewind Dale.

I'm gonna make it tragic because in adventuring with the players, she's going to become human.

She's gonna develop human things and stuff like that, but when t- at the end, she's gonna find what's called the gods, uh, the Shard of Auril.

Let it ruminate

... with, with the other group, they finished up Icewind Dale, and now I'm going to be trying to pivot to a different campaign.
