Ice Cream Man

My

name's Chris who little lightheaded we are back talking about the 1995 film Zai scream and how many scoops there in

You

can run, but you can't hide from the Ice Cream Man.

Let us pray.

Starring Olivia Hussey, Jan Michael Vincent, Sandal Bergman, David Naughton, David Warner, and Clint Howard as the Ice Cream Man.

You got any more of those pixels? Two things.

Two things.

open to responding to DMs.

Yeah, we went back and forth, and then he invited me to his meet and greet in Burbank, which I imagine would have cost $250 for me to get some Ice Cream Man 2 merch signed.

But I said, I'm in Philly, and I'm kind of tied up.

He's like, oh, I should be coming over that way sometime anyway, which I don't know if he means just like the Eastern Seaboard.

to New York to see him.

I'd go to D.C. to see him.

we should have him on the show this is your invite i will be probably sending you one soon anyway um but i was thinking of doing a clint retrospective um i want to see ice cream man and two

From getting away from all the classics, I'm going to throw in a new one.

I don't know if you've seen it, but the Ice Cream Man.

I haven't seen it.

That was wild.

What's it about? Talk

to me about that.

It's basically like this ice cream man, and the children become possessed, and they're the ones that are doing the killing.

Really? It's extremely graphic.

You're like

the Tooth Fairy from the horror film, Ice Cream Man.

You're like the Tooth Fairy from the Dwayne Johnson film, Tooth Fairy.

Ha ha!

movie.

I would say this episode is probably going to follow a little closer to how we did Ice Cream Man, where we're just going to throw a bunch of very interesting, chaotic, behind-the-scenes situations, and then just some of our favorite plot points, because the plot is, again, very convoluted, and it's not really part of why we're going to go into every beat.

You know, it just doesn't make sense in this one.

It's our beautiful broken VHS pic.

And that's kind of it.

There's no, like, other nudity or just, you know, someone running with her, like, boobs flying in the breeze.

No, it generally feels like the same kind of thing of Ice Cream Man, where it feels like it would have been a family movie.

Yeah, if it weren't for that.

it.

I'm glad we talked about Clint Howard because I did mention Clint Howard in this after my wonderful selection of Ice Cream Man.

I do feel like there is something to be said there.

Also, I will talk about and I'm going to do this one because I'm going to give my pros here.

I feel a name.

Ice Cream Man.

Here's the synopsis slash plot.

This one's Samantha Andrews special.

I

think there's a similar movie out at the moment, isn't there, about an ice cream truck, but I'm going to say it's...

The Ice Cream Man 2.

But there's something ice cream related, but I'm going to say it's fake.

Some of the stuff, it's like you get the gimmick and you're kind of bored with it.

Or take something like Ice Cream Man where it's trying to play off of something, but it just failed.

It didn't feel right.

This one I felt like it delivered exactly what it was going for.
