[upbeat music] I'm very excited today to have a guest that I have known for quite some time, Mitch Frazier, who is the president of IBJ Media here in Central Indiana.

And Mitch, I'm so glad to have this conversation with you today.

It is great to be with you, Catherine.

You've had a couple different positions despite your youthful appearance and your, and your passion [chuckles] and, and energy.

Um, but you've been, you've been a leader in a couple different organizations.

So let's talk, before we get into the specifics of all of the organizations, tell me a little bit about this current role as president of IBJ Media.

Tell us a little bit, first of all, about IBJ, and then a little bit about what it means to be the president of that organization.

Today, I'm joined by David Rosenberg, the founding president and CEO of the Indiana University Launch Accelerator for Biosciences, better known as IU Lab.

David was born in Jeffersonville, grew up on the south side of Indianapolis, and after graduating from IU Bloomington with degrees in history and political science and a law degree from the IU Maurer School of Law, he started his career as deputy chief of staff and director of enterprise development for former Indianapolis Mayor Greg Ballard.
