IAU 50 km World Championships

Kev is in, is the age of what? You know, he's run 1350 for 5k, 2850 for 10k.

He came sixth in the world at the World 50k Championships as well.

The guy is incredible.

So everyone, please welcome Mr. Kevin Campbell.

This is just a little bit more of a sting in the tail.

I like doing them sort of to kind of get strength in my legs I've done a lot of that when I started the fundamental training for the world 50k championships and there's another 5k one I was given and it's horrible but I do like it it's like a It's 400, 200 by eights, but you do the 400s at quite an effort, maybe around 5K, and then you just step back to threshold and you do eights, so you're finishing the 200.

It's three miles of work, but that's good for getting your brain into what a 5K feels like.
