And then mirroring what looked like run concepts to play act like quick play action passes.

There was a play where Ian Thomas comes in motion and they kind of do a hard count and then he shifts back and then does like a little jet real quick and they throw off of that.

Well, teams are like, okay, that's a lot of motion pre-snap and then there's a play fake.

So I'm going to chase that.

Going to be real fascinating to see how Kubiak uses him, you know, and how the offense changes too because we were expecting so much 12 personnel.

I think we'll see plenty of that in this game with Ian Thomas in the fold here and also factor in their fullback Hayward as well.

He's got some tight end in his background.

So we still may see plenty of 12 and even 13 personnel with Hayward actually acting as that third tight end.

... everyone focused on his last, what, couple years at TCU, but if you went back and watched his first year at LSU, he was kind of that move, joker, tight end stuff, you know? And if Michael Mayer was going to be the focal point of the inline tight end stuff, and you now had Brock Bowers, who was gonna play a majority of his snaps in the slot or even some stuff out wide or even two tight end sets, I mean, that's not gonna be Ian Thomas, right? So to me, this was the role that I was kind of hoping as a power slot-ish that Jack Bech-

And I'll add that the majority of Jaxon Smith-Njigba's receiving production last year came from heavier personnel looks.

So that would've been, you know, the funnel targets that we would've gotten with Michael Mayer and Brock Bowers on the field.

Again, without Brock Bowers out there, I don't think, as you pointed out, they will want to live in this Michael Mayer, Ian Thomas world.
