And, and so what it did, instead of isolating people and making other cricketers around him feel inferior, it empowered them.

Because you look at the generational change between the team that Sir Gary inherited, um, when he inherited the captaincy, you look at how the team-

And, you know, I mean, Ian, Ian Bishop and quite a few of the other experts were quite critical of, uh, you know, just the pitch and how the bowlers had really nothing in it.

I mean, even Gautam Gambhir, the Indian coach, wasn't very chuffed with that.

But, but yeah, I mean, remarkable what the modern-day batter can do with, um, you know, white-ball cricket, especially if the conditions are in his favor.
