I Kill Giants

I think, admittedly, when I read this, I kept racking my brain over trying to figure out what is this reminding me of? Because it feels so familiar to me.

And I don't know if it's just maybe the setting of it, of the general city, or the overall story, and kind of how the things play out, but it reminded me so much of something else, and I never could quite put my finger on what it was, but if I had to... maybe guess it i think it was a mixture of uh it's there's a graphic novel called i kill giants i think you've read that one yeah

yep i have

and uh then there's also fully coolly which is a another anime i don't know if it's based off of a manga or not but it kind of made me feel a little bit like that and it also sort of has a uh there's a comic book series that i really love called something's killing the children i felt a little bit like that as well so it i don't know it felt I don't want to say it borrowed from a bunch of other things, because I think almost every story these days is only semi-original.
